Refund Policy – Pomsse

Pomsse offers subscription-based features to enhance user interaction. All purchases are processed through the app store (Apple App Store or Google Play Store) used to download the app.

1. Refunds

We do not offer direct refunds. All refund requests must be handled through the respective app store used for the purchase. Pomsse does not have access to payment processing and cannot issue refunds directly.

2. Non-Refundable Cases

Refunds will not be issued for:

• Change of mind
• Inactivity or non-use of features
• Subscription auto-renewals not canceled in time
• Violation of our Terms of Use

3. Trial and Cancellation

If a free trial is available, cancel before the trial ends to avoid charges. Once a subscription starts, it is subject to the above refund policy.

4. Technical Issues

For any technical problems, contact us at support@petparkapp.com We will assist you in resolving the issue or guide you on how to request a refund via the app store if necessary.
