1. Acceptance of Terms

Welcome to Pomsse. This legal agreement ("Terms of Service", "Terms") is entered into between you ("User", "you", or "your") and PetPark Technologies Private Limited ("Pomsse", "Company", "we", "us", or "our"). By downloading, installing, browsing, or utilizing the Pomsse mobile application, website, and associated digital services (collectively, the "Platform"), you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

2. User Eligibility & Account Security

• You must be at least 18 years old or have legal consent under the supervision of a parent/guardian to create an account.
• You represent that all information provided regarding yourself and your pets (age, breed, photos, vaccination status) is true, authentic, and accurate.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and OTP verifications. Any activity under your account is your sole legal responsibility.

4. Pet Matchmaking & Safe Meetup Guidelines

Pomsse is a technology facilitator connecting pet enthusiasts. When arranging in-person pet playdates or socialization meetings:

• Always meet in open, well-lit public pet parks or licensed pet-friendly venues.
• Ensure your pet is healthy, updated on rabies/core vaccinations, and kept on a leash during first interactions.
• Each pet parent remains strictly and exclusively responsible for the behavior, temperament, and supervision of their respective animal.

6. Community Standards & Zero Tolerance

You expressly agree NOT to:

• Engage in illegal animal trade, unauthorized puppy breeding mills, animal fighting, or animal abuse/neglect.
• Harass, threaten, extort, or stalk any pet parent or user.
• Upload fraudulent documentation, fake pet identities, or misleading photographs.
• Use automated bots, scrapers, or reverse-engineer the Pomsse application.

7. Intellectual Property Rights

The Pomsse name, logos, graphics, user interface designs, software algorithms, and trademarks are the exclusive proprietary property of PetPark Technologies Private Limited. You retain ownership of your pet photos, but grant Pomsse a non-exclusive license to display them within the platform ecosystem.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Pomsse and PetPark Technologies Pvt. Ltd. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, punitive, or consequential damages resulting from user interactions, pet behavior during meetups, lost pets, or third-party service interruptions.

9. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of India. In the event of any legal dispute or claim arising under these Terms, the courts situated in Gurugram / New Delhi, India shall possess exclusive jurisdiction.
